Dr. Alexander Georgieff is the Chief Executive Officer of Georgieff Capital. Georgieff Capital provides strategic corporate finance and
investment advisory services.

Dr. Georgieff represents Expansion Capital in Europe for the development of sales channels, alliances and acquisitions for our portfolio companies, along with exploring potential acquisitions of our Fund’s portfolio companies.

Dr. Georgieff has 18 years of experience in corporate finance and mergers & acquisitions (M&A), both as an investment banker and as a lawyer. He has advised on many of the largest and highest profile corporate transactions in Europe. Prior to founding Georgieff Capital, he headed the investment banking business of Deutsche Bank in Germany and held senior positions at the international investment banks JP Morgan and Schroders. Earlier in his career, Alex worked for the US based law firm Davis Polk & Wardwell in New York.
