Expansion Capital’s investment management process is characterized by proactive deal sourcing, adding strategic value to the Fund’s portfolio companies, and active management of the exit process. The Fund’s investment activities follow a methodical and disciplined approach, consensus decision-making, and the ability to make investment decisions quickly, which is a source of competitive advantage. 

The Fund reviews more than one thousand deals a year, and expects to invest in three to five companies annually. The initial investment size per deal is $2-$7 million, with up to 100% additional reserved for follow-on investing.
